About accessibility at the Expo site

  • Where can I borrow a wheelchair on the day and where is the accessibility centre located?
  • I have a disability certificate. If I use the priority gate, can my companion (e.g. carer or family member) also use the priority gate with me?
  • I have a disability. Are there any facilities that I cannot enter?
  • I would like to know about priority, support, etc. for people with disabilities.
  • Can I bring my assistance dog (guide dog, service dog or hearing dog) into the venue and the various facilities, including the pavilions and toilets?
  • Are there any accessible maps in the venue?
  • Can motorised mobility scooters be driven in the venue?
  • Are sighted guides available for people with visual impairment?
  • Are there toilet facilities for assistance dogs at the venue?
  • Is there guidance available in other languages, such as English?
  • At the Aichi Expo, there was a gate for disabled people who have metal in their bodies becuase it would trigger metal detector in the general gates. Will this Expo also have similar facilities?
