There is a "Money Plaza" located in the West Gate Marketplace of the venue, where staff are available to assist visitors—including international guests—who need help with using cashless payment methods.

To support cashless transactions, the following machines are installed at two locations: the Money Plaza in the West Gate Marketplace and the ATM & Charging Machine Area in the East Gate Marketplace:

Prepaid Card Vending Machine: Offers Edy prepaid cards for purchase.

ATM: Allows cash withdrawals, including from international credit cards.

Currency Exchange Machine: Enables currency exchange from major foreign currencies to Japanese yen.

Charge Machine I: Supports cash top-up for major electronic money services used in Japan.

Charge Machine II: Supports cash top-up for major electronic money services using foreign currencies.
