Repellents have been used to prevent chironomid midges entering buildings at the Expo site where large numbers were observed.
Repellents are sprayed on the planting zone on top of the Grand Ring (behind the fence where people cannot enter) twice a night after visitors have left the Expo site.
The repellents currently being used are manufactured and sold in accordance with the relevant regulations. These repellents are highly safe and are used in public places such as urban areas and parks, as well as in ordinary households, so everyone including those with asthma and pregnant women can visit with peace of mind.
When using these products, we ensure that they are used in accordance with the usage and dosage stipulated for each product to ensure that they do not affect the human body.
