A pavilion/event will appear as having "available" slots on the Personal Agent if there is even one available slot for any ticket type/programme. Therefore, even if the slot you actually applied for is "full" but there is space available for other ticket types (e.g. different times, wheelchair users, etc.), the pavilion/event will appear as "available" in the Personal Agent. If you wish to check the availability of the slot you have applied for or have already booked, please go to "My Ticket" on the official ticket website, which you can access from the Official Website homepage.
