You cannot check your Expo ID registration details through EXPO2025 Personal Agent. Please follow one of the methods below to change your registration details.
(1) Go to the EXPO2025 Digital Ticket website through your "My Tickets" and check your information through the ‘Expo ID Menu’.
(2) Go to the Expo ID menu through the following link and confirm your details. (https://usrmng.accounts.expo2025.or.jp/idmng/users/screen/menuScreen)
