You cannot change your Expo ID registration details through EXPO2025 Personal Agent. Please follow one of the methods below to change your registration details.
　(1) Go to ‘My Page’ > ‘My Ticket’, to go to the EXPO2025 Digital Ticket website and change your information through the ‘Expo ID Menu’.
　(2) Go to Expo ID Menu (https://usrmng.accounts.expo2025.or.jp/idmng/users/screen/menuScreen) and make changes.
