Personal Mobility is not a motorised wheelchair, but a low-speed, one-person vehicle.
Parking areas for Personal Mobility are located in various places around the Expo site such as under the Grand Ring, but you still have to walk from the parking area to your destination. You cannot use Personal Mobility to get directly to your destination like you can when using a wheelchair.
