If the EXPO2025 Personal Agent is not working properly, try the following.
-If Wi-Fi is connected, switch off the Wi-Fi and see if the problem is resolved.
-Restart the device and see if the problem is resovled.
If the device still does not work correctly after trying the above, please send us the following information:
-Which screen is not working properly?
-Does the problem persist even after restarting the device?
-What is happening with the app now (is there an error message?)
-The communication environment (does the problem remain the same even if Wi-Fi is switched off?
Information on the device/browser being used.
-Other (any other relevant information not already mentioned)
