Using the translation functionality requires agreement for the translation.
Please check whether consent agreement for the translation functionality is turned on.

For smatrphone and PC
Touch the cross icon on the right side of the 'play screen', and open the settings in the bottom right. Please check that "Using the translation function" is turned on.

For MataQuest
Press the menu button on the left controller to open the menu. Then, press the settings button (gear icon) on the right side of the menu to open the basic settings and check that “Using the translation function” is turned on.

Please also check the translation languages.
For "Language to translate from", select the sender's language. For "Language to translate into", select a language that you can check yourself. Please note that if the selected languages are incorrect, the translation will not be completed.
