Children ages 3 and under are admitted free of charge. For pavilions or events where children ages 3 and under also require a seat, a reservation with a Free Ticket for 0-3 Year Olds in conjunction with a reservation for a junior or adult ticket is required.

*Some pavilions do not use advance or same-day reservation systems and have visitors line up to enter.
*A maximum of three free tickets for children aged 3 and under can be obtained from the official website for each adult and junior admission ticket.
　If the parent or guardian’s ticket is a Season Pass, the parent or guardian can hold up to 9 Free Tickets for 0-3 Year Olds. If it is a Summer Pass, they can hold up to 6 Free Tickets for 0-3 Year Olds.
