Please use the block function.
The block user function can be used by opening the target user's profile page and block them directly. You can also use the report function to report inappropriate users. If the nuisance is very severe or if you witness other users engaging in nuisance behaviour, you can report the specific user through the report function. To report a nuisance, please enter the nickname or user ID of the user who committed the nuisance, along with the date, time, location of the incident, and the details of the nuisance, then submit it through the App.
