The block user function is a tool that a user can use to protect their online experience by blocking text chats and voice chats from specific users. Please rest assured that blocked users will not be notified that they have been blocked.
Blocking a user: To block someone, the user open the target user's profile page via the details screen and select the block option.You can also choose the sender in a text chat to designate them as a block target.
Unblocking a user: To unblock a user, please open their user profile and change the block option.
The problem user reporting function to report inappropriate users is also available.
Users can manually report other users who are being particularly disruptive or disturbing third parties, etc. via the reporting function. Users can report problem users via the App by providing the nickname and user ID of the problem user and the rough date, time, location, and content of the problem behaviour.
Operations performed in response to reports will be conducted by the Virtual Expo sponsor. A user who is confirmed to have engaged in a certain amount of problem behaviour will be warned or their Virtual Expo platform account will be temporarily suspended, however, no notification regarding the steps taken in response to a report will be provided to the users that issued a report, and no responses will be provided to inquiries regarding reports.
