Touch the cross icon on the right side of the 'play screen'. Then select Settings in the bottom right corner. You will find the 'Sound Settings' at the bottom of this screen.

Press the Menu button on the left controller to open the menu screen. Press the settings button (gear icon) on the right of the menu to open basic settings and select 'Sound Settings'.
