The following issues may occur when using LINE login integration for Expo ID.
Please try the operations described in the ‘Workaround’ section.
(1) If you are using Safari, some operations will not work properly if you are using the Private Browsing function and an error message will appear saying "An unexpected error has occured within the ExpoID Management System".
Workaround: Please do not use the Private Browsing function or try another browser (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge).
(2) When you set up LINE Login integration after registering your Expo ID, a notification will be sent to you via LINE informing you of your login to the Expo ID Management Service and the URL of the Expo ID registration site.
Even if you click on this URL, you will not be able to open the Expo ID login screen and access will be blocked by the system's security function.
Workaround: Please do not use the URL displayed in the LINE notification. Use the URL below to access the site instead.
(3) If the following applies to your device, an error screen will appear saying "Unfortunately, an error has occurred" despite correctly logging in to the Expo ID using the LINE login linkage when you try to log in to Expo related applications such as EXPO 2025 Visitors.
<Applicable models and conditions (all four of the following conditions must apply)>
Devices running iOS/iPad OS.
The LINE App is installed on your device.
You are logged into LINE app.
An application that allows Expo ID login (such as EXPO 2025 Visitors) is installed
Workaround: Please use an external account other than LINE for login intergration.
