The following camera settings (access rights) may cause problems when opening the camera screen.
- Your browser does not recognise the webcam (the browser thinks that no camera is connected). Please connect the camera.
- The browser application used to log in (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc.) does not grant access the camera. Please grant access rights to the webcam you are using.
