Facial recognition information can only be registered for one person per Expo ID.
For the second person, please register a new Expo ID. After they have registered an Expo ID, you can use the "Ticket Transfer" function in "My Ticket" to transfer their electronic ticket to their Expo ID.
They can then register their facial recognition information to their new Expo ID.
