If this is message appears even if you have set up biometric authentication, passcode, etc. on your device, it may be because you have opened Expo ID through an email application (e.g. Yahoo! Mail) instead of the recommended browsers (Safari, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge.)
Please try the following steps.
(1) Click the "OK" button on the error message and close the app and Expo ID that is currently open.
(2) Click and hold the link in the email titled "[EXPO2025] Please set your identification method" and press "Open Link" or "Open in Browser" to open it in a compatible browser such as Safari or Chrome and login.
Alternatively, copy and paste the URL below and enter your Expo ID and password to log in.

(3) Carry out biometric authentication
If step (3) does not work, please try "Authentication by Email". In this case, please also refer to (2), press and hold the link in the email and reopen it in a compatible browser such as Safari or Chrome.
In addition, your smartphone may not be set up for biometric authentication or passcode authentication. If you have not done so before, please set up biometric authentication and passcode authentication on your smartphone.
