You can purchase paper tickets/ticket vouchers at convenience stores and travel agencies without the need for an Expo ID.
However, please note that without an Expo ID, you will not be able to reserve or change the date and time of your visit, apply for the pavilion/event lotteries, or make reservations for the Expo P&R (Park and Ride) parking, or the station shuttle bus.
