The Osaka Metro Chuo Line will be extended from Cosmosquare Station and a new station, Yumeshima Station, will be built close to the venue. Yumeshima Station can be accessed from Hommachi Station on the Osaka Metro Chuo Line, etc.
(e.g.) JR Osaka Station → walk to Umeda Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line → transfer to Osaka Metro Chuo Line at Honmachi Station → Yumeshima Station.
