In principle, visitors with disabilities who wish to gain priority admission to the Expo site may enter through the Multipurpose Lane (tentative name for the equivalent of the Priority Lane) by presenting their Physical Disability Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, or Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate and asking a staff member before waiting in line at the gate. (Since there are some people with disabilities who do not wish to receive priority entry, the disabled or their caregivers may choose to enter either the multipurpose or general lanes at their own discretion.)
In addition, Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan will have Accessibility Centres on the east and west sides of the Expo site as a comprehensive service centre for people with various needs. The Accessibility Centres will be responsible for lending wheelchairs, walking aids, etc., and providing barrier-free information through the distribution of accessible maps and other materials.
