This issue occurs when you have a setting that blocks all cookies. Please allow cookies.
- If you are using safari on an iPhone or iPad:
Please go to “Settings” -> “safari” -> “Advanced” -> “Block all cookies” on your iPhone or iPad and turn it off.
- If you are using safari on a Mac:
Launch Safari, go to “safari” in the upper left corner of the screen -> “settings” -> “privacy” -> “block all cookies” to and turn it off.
- If you are using Microsoft edge on a PC (Windows or Mac):
Start Microsoft edge, click “...” in the upper right corner of the screen -> “Settings” -> “Cookies and site permissions” -> “Manage and delete cookies and site data” -> “Allow sites to store and read cookie data (recommended)” to “On”.
- If you are using safari on an iPhone or iPad:
