You may have opened a different website. Is there an input field for ‘Expo ID’ on the login screen you are viewing?
If you see ‘email address’ or ‘user ID’, you are probably on a different site. Please press the red button for the Expo ID registration site on the Ticket Information site to open the login screen.
Your account may have been locked. Please wait for a while as it will be unlocked after about 10 minutes.
If you still cannot log in, please reset your password from the ‘Forgot your password’ section on the login page or confirm your Expo ID from the ‘Forgot your Expo ID’ section if you have forgotten your Expo ID.
