Transfer (including reselling and gifting) of tickets is limited to family members, friends, colleagues, and other similar people who have a personal relationship with you. However, (1) the resale price must be equal to or lower than the price you paid, and (2) the person receiving the transfer must belong to the category of the ticket type.
