When handing over the ticket, please send the "URL for pickup" issued from this site to the family or friend you wish to receive by email. If you wish to receive a ticket, you can receive the admission ticket by accessing this site using the "Pick-up URL" sent to you.
In addition, an Expo ID is required to access this site, so the recipient must also register for an Expo ID.
You can also follow the same steps for others to "pick up your ticket" yourself.

Please be aware of the following precautions before using ""Ticket Transfer"".
* The "Receiving URL" is valid for 24 hours. Please send us the "URL for receipt" by email so that you can receive it within the URL validity period.
* If the receipt is not completed within the URL validity period, the URL will be invalidated as expired and the ticket will be returned to My Ticket from which it was delivered. Please make sure that you receive it within the deadline from the URL issuance.
* Please do not post the URL on social media that can be viewed by a number of people.
* Unauthorised resale of tickets is prohibited by the "Ticket Purchase and Use Agreement". If unauthorised resale or fraudulent activity is recognised, we may conduct the necessary investigation.
