After logging in to the EXPO2025 digital ticketing website, you can check your purchase details from the purchase history in “My Tickets”.
If you purchased by credit card, you can view your receipt by clicking the "View Receipt" button on the purchase details screen.
If you purchased via convenience store payment, please use the receipt provided at the time of payment as your receipt.

■If you purchased from a ticket sales operator:
Please use the receipt issued by the seller you purchased the tickets from.
