If you wish to verify your identity on your iPhone or iPad, you must agree to the latest iCloud Terms of Service.
If you see the "New iCloud Terms of Service" menu at the top of the Settings app on your iPhone, please go there to agree to the new Terms of Service. You can also set up your identity verification by using the "Authentication by email" or "Authentication by app" in the Identification method.
