If the message "Connect key: Connect your security key to your device. If your key has a button or gold disc, tap it here" is displayed, please do one of the following.
(i) If you have changed your smartphone model or disabled the screen lock function, this error will be displayed. Please carry out the identity verification settings again by performing the identity verification re-configuration.
(ii) If you are logging in with a different device from the one you first set up for identity verification, the error message will be displayed. Please log in again using the device you used to first set up your identity verification. If you wish to use the service on multiple devices, please set up one-time password verification.
