After logging in to your Expo ID, you can change it by going to the Expo ID Menu -> Profile -> Update. After the change, a confirmation email will be sent to your new email address. Be sure to click on the link in the email to complete the change. Please note that if you do not click on the link, your email address will not be changed.
If you have changed your email address after changing your device, you will need to contact us to change your email address. Please contact us via the "Enquiries about admission tickets and Expo ID registration" link below.
