If on the "Confirm ExpoID" screen a message appears that reads "No ExpoID matched the entered information. Please check to see if the entered information s correct.", there may be an error in some of the information that you entered.
Please make sure to enter the first name, last name, telephone number, and date of birth that you used to registered for your Expo ID.
Enter your name in katakana if you registered it in katakana or in the Latin alphabet if you registered it in the Latin alphabet.
