If on the "Confirm ExpoID" screen a message appears that reads "No ExpoID matched the entered information. Please check to see if the entered information is correct.", there may be an error in some of the information that you entered.
Please make sure to enter your first name, last name, telephone number, and date of birth exactly as you entered them when you registered your Expo ID.
If you set your profile to a language other than Japanese, please make sure that your browser's language setting is set to the same language, then enter your name, telephone number, and date of birth.
