If you do not see the Expo ID entry field on the screen, you may be on the wrong site. Please open the login screen by clicking the red button that says "Expo ID registration site" on the Ticket Information website.
If a message appears that reads "No ExpoID matched the entered information. Please check to see if the entered information is correct.", there may be an error in some of the information that you entered. Please make sure to enter your first name, last name, telephone number, and date of birth exactly as you entered them when you registered your Expo ID.
If you set your profile to a language other than Japanese, please make sure that your browser's language setting is set to the same language, then enter your name, telephone number, and date of birth.
In the unlikely event that you are unable to reset your password yourself, please contact us with the necessary information via the “Enquiries about admission tickets and Expo ID registration” form.
