If you do not see the Expo ID entry field on the screen, you may be on the wrong site. Please open the login screen by clicking the red button that says "Expo ID registration site" on the Ticket Information website.
If you are on the correct site but are unable to reset your password, there is a possibility that some of the information (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, or Date of Birth) you entered is incorrect. Please check that the information you entered matches the information you entered when registering your Expo ID.
Your name must be entered in katakana if registered in katakana, or in latin script if registered in latin script.
Please enter your Expo ID in lowercase letters, not capital letters.
