Also, make sure that your biometric or passcode is correct and that screen lock authentication (e.g. biometric, passcode, pattern or PIN) is enabled on your device.
If screen lock authentication is not available on your smartphone or PC, please use one-time password authentication ("authentication by email" or "authentication by app").
