If you have registered your Expo ID by proxy registration, you cannot change your password by yourself. The proxy registrant can change the password by accessing “Proxy Registration” on the “Expo ID Menu” page. On the “Proxy Registration” page, click “Registration Information” -> “Change Password” for the proxy registrant who wishes to change their password.
