To increase the security of your Expo ID, you can use "Authentication by email" or "Authentication by app" which use a one-time password, or "Biometric and Passcode
Authentication, etc." which uses the screen lock authentication on your smartphone or computer (e.g. biometric authentication, passcode, pattern, or PIN).
You are only required to set up identity-verification the first time you log in.
